Shipping is free for orders over 50 EUR. For orders below 50 EUR, we charge a fee of 4.95 EUR. Returns are free of charge for you.
We will deliver to any desired address in France. A delivery address that deviates from your home address is not a problem.
If not otherwise stated for the respective product, our shipping partner will usually deliver your order within 2-3 working days to your selected address in France. Please note that weekends and holidays will affect the delivery time.
Please note that personalized products might take 1 or 2 days longer to ship. Victorinox will do its best to meet the published delivery times, however, is not liable for any changes. Delivery time may change without prior notice. Please note that Victorinox cannot offer an express delivery service for personalized products.
In the shipping confirmation, you will find the package number that you can use to track the shipment via DHL shipment tracking. Registered customers will find a link to the order tracking number under “My Orders”.
