Case scratches easily 
Can't wear it to the gym or on a run it's to classy
Can't wear it to weddings not classy enough with its rubber - I bought a leather strap for it and it also wore out within weeks
I don't like it after having worn on and off for a year. I expected to enjoy it for life.

Not so versatile

I recommend this watch to any man who wants a tough, solid watch. Better than a G-shock, the sapphire crystal and 200m water resist makes this one of the best for price. Will hold its value and should be worth more than its retail price. Swiss made excellence.

A solid watch

I can’t speak for everyone who bought this watch over the years, however, from my personal experience with this watch I can easily say it delivered on everything they have advertised. Bought it 9 years ago, and never had any issues with it, I recommend of course to always service your watch on time, this is a good practice to ensure it will last forever in perfect condition.

Habe die I.N.O.X. in der Quarz Variante mit Stahlband im Jahr 2018 als Arbeits und Alltags Uhr gekauft. Sie wird täglich getragen, egal ob auf der Arbeit bei der Güter Bahn, auf der Baustelle, im Wald beim Holz machen, bei der Garten Arbeit oder einfach Zuhause in der Freizeit, die Uhr macht einfach alles mit, das Saphir Glas hat schon zig Stöße verziehen, die Batterie läuft immer noch und die Ganggenauigkeit ist nach wie vor Top. Das Gehäuse auf welchem noch nie der mitgelieferte Bumper drauf war ist genau wie das Stahlband zerkratzt bis zum geht nicht mehr, aber mit jedem Kratzer bekommt die Uhr meiner Meinung nach einfach mehr Charakter. Ich bin absolut überzeugt das diese Uhr mich noch überleben wird. Sollte sie doch unerwarteter Weise den Geist aufgeben und nicht repariert werden können, hat sie sich den Ruhestand redlich verdient und würde durch das selbe Modell, sofern es noch produziert wird, ersetzt oder besser gesagt, beerbt werden. Klar die Uhr ist spürbar Schwer in der Edelstahl Ausführung und wirkt, sofern man nicht wie Ich über 1,90m Körpergröße hat, ziemlich Mächtig am Gelenk, aber wer eine praktisch unzerstörbare Analog Quarzuhr sucht die nicht von einer z.B. Japanischen Marke mit "C" kommt und ein "G" in der Modellbezeichnung hat, wird mit der I.N.O.X. fündig und Glücklich

Unzerstörbare Quarzuhr

Je suis profondément déçu de ce produit, mouvement bloqué au bout de 4ans acheté 489€ neuve en janvier 2018 chez un revendeur officiel, coût de la réparation/révision: échange mouvement , couronne acier, joint de fond, joint de verre: 169€. J'envoyais ma montre uniquement pour un changement de pile ( restauration étanchéité) à la base au tarif de 35€. 
Plus garantie ( 1 an dépassée )donc pas de prise en charge de Victorinox mais un changement de bracelet offert si j'effectuais la réparation. 

Pour conclure, la montre INOX n'est pas d'une résistance extrême visiblement.

Je quitte la marque victorinox, la qualité ainsi que la résistance annoncée n'est pas présente pour ma part, même si je l'accorde un geste commercial m'a été proposé. 
De plus, je ne fais pas réparer ma montre, pour 169€ je m'offrirai une nouvelle montre neuve à la concurrence certainement mon chère et plus résistante.

Solid piece

Die Uhr ist schön und solide verarbeitet. Leider zerkratzt das Gehäuse sehr schnell. Da hatte ich mehr erwartet. Das Glas ist kratzfest! Das Armband ist angenehm zu tragen.

Solide Uhr

I purchased the stainless steel inox about two months ago, and I can't imagine wearing any other watch. As someone who works with my hands, the active life I lead, has broken many other Swiss brands in just a short amount of time. The inox looks as good as the day I bought it. It's elegant yet masculine and refined in a way few other watches can be. When speaking of "wrist presence" it catches eyes for its bold and yet no frills attitude.
This watch will forever have a place and significance that can be passed down within a great story. As it had been a loyal companion worthy of trust and faith in this tough time.

Lo vi en un catálogo de viajes y me encantó el diseño.  Averigué luego sobre las caracteristicas y me gustó aun más.  Desde que lo compré, unos meses despues de ver el catálogo, me lo quito solo para dormir.  Es realmente robusto, elegante y sport a la vez.  No da alergias y da una sensación de seguridad que no me dio ningún otro reloj hasta ahora. Lo tengo hace un poco más de 2 años y se ven algunas rayas en la corona, pero solo cosas superficiales, propias del uso diario.

Es completamente recomendable y es un reloj que encanta.

El único motivo por el cual lo cambiaré (porque lo estoy reemplazando) es porque ahora compraré la versión de titanio con correa naranja.

TOP Uhr

Ich habe mir die Victorinox I.N.O.X. Mitte 2015 gekauft, trage sie seitdem fast täglich zu jeder Gelegenheit, auch beim Campen, und sie durfte schon in verschieden Meeren und Seen baden. 
Natürlich hat das Edelstahlgehäuse mittlerweile ein paar Kerben und Kratzer abbekommen, aber das stört mich nicht, im Gegenteil: die Uhr erhält damit Ihren eigenen Charakter, und es steht einer solchen Uhr meiner Meinung mach gut, wenn sie auch „getragen“ aussieht. Das Saphirkristallglas hingegen ist immer noch tadellos, man sieht ihm die 4 ½ Jahre nicht an. 
Aufgrund meiner durchweg positiven Erfahrung mit dieser Uhr und da mir das Design der I.N.O.X.-Uhren immer noch sehr gut gefällt, würde ich mir die Uhr definitiv wieder kaufen - was Aufgrund ihrer Unverwüstlichkeit wohl nicht so bald notwendig sein wird.

Eine Uhr für alle Anlässe

I have had my I.N.O.X. for around 6 years and it has totally reliable and accurate. I needed a battery change after about 5 1/2 years but otherwise it’s totally original. I wear it most days, it’s is robust easy to read and very comfortable on the wrist. An excellent product and easily the equal of some more expensive watches.

En revanche je n'aime pas le bumper. Un peu trop grossier.

Belle et robuste à la fois

Après plusieurs mois d'utilisation, j'écris cet avis.
Cette montre est sans reproche, et très solide.
Je la porte tous les jours, dans toutes les conditions. Certes le boitier inox se raye un peu, mais le verre reste neuf.
Seul point négatif : la protection amovible ne tient pas assez sur la montre. Je l'ai perdu en enlevant mon bras de la manche de mon blouson.

I have this watch and with only 6 months of use suffered a fall of less than one meter and was completely damaged, it was locked. I had to pay about USD 200 to repair it since the warranty did not work because I did not have the signature of the seller.

My Favourite Watch

Watch runs fast, got taken on sending watch back in for battery after 4 months. glad it can be dropped by helicopter and run over in mud, but a watch that cant keep time is weak !!! Had several swiss army watches but Victorinox not a company that deals well in customer service. I wont buy another. Stay away from this one.

Beautiful watch

I love the the elegant simplicity of it.  I have multiple bands like rubber, paracord, nato, that I switch out and different bumpers that makes it like a different watch each time.  It’s rugged and heavy duty.  The perfect everyday timepiece.  I wear it camping and hiking and dress it up with the metal band and where it out for dinner.  The weight takes time to get used to but that’s what makes it durable.  It is the perfect multi-function time piece.

This was my first Victorinox watch. I own dozens of different watches of all kinds. But I have never had a watch get as much attention as this one. The color just pops, and immediately draws attention. And most people are surprised of the brand. Not one of my other watches are as versatile as this one. I can wear it to work, out on hikes and camping, and with a suit. It has very quickly become my favorite of all my pieces.

Classy yet Venturesome

I have had this watch now for nearly a year and it has kept time perfectly.  I would recommend getting a Bumper to protect the watch getting scratched even though so far there has been no sign of any marks to the body of the watch.  Excellent purchase!

CALIDAD Y PERFECCION

This INOX watch is a very nice piece of kit.  It has a quality feel and weight, and looks good on the wrist.  It's accuracy is excellent, and as a daytime everyday watch it is very smart.  
I had to get an extension fitted for the rubber strap for an extra £20.00, as the strap was too small for my wrist.
Sadly, the stainless case is far too easily scratched, which, given the indestructibility of the build, is disappointing.
But far more disappointing is the fact that the watch face and hands have no luminous markings.  They look luminous, are supposed to be luminous, but just are not - in any way.  
The description of "military time" is laughable, as is the suggestion that the watch looks good day or night.  It doesn't.  At night, the face and hands are invisible, rendering the watch pretty useless.
A great shame, as this is a really nice, good looking, quality watch, but too flawed to be recommended.

Very nice, but flawed

The watch itself looks good though it feels in the heavy side. What's disappointing is the steel casement that scratches easily. After just 3 months from purchase and non-daily use, scratches are now visible. Surely after having gone thru all those tests, issues as basic as this should have been addressed. Hope the company will look into having some rubbing compound to lighten/erase the scratch marks. Aside from that, the watch could have been great.

Great but Steel Casing Easily Bruises

I received this watch as a Christmas present. It is beautifully designed and I don't doubt its quality. Curious about the included plastic bumper, I checked online and found others with this watch having issues with the case metal scratching. That is disappointing as the bumper, in my opinion, greatly reduces the visual appeal of the watch and just seems like an afterthought. If the included bumper was clear or at least a matching color (green in my case), it would be less distracting. I've also found this watch to be quite heavy, more so than any other watches I own. Maybe the newly released titanium edition addresses these issues but unfortunately doesn't help those of us with the original. If you can overlook those issues, this is a quality timepiece. As for my Victorinox watch, it will probably be relegated to a storage box for most of its life.

Die Uhr trägt sich trotz ihrer Größe und Robustheit angenehm und ich bin zufrieden mit dem Kauf. Einen deutlichen Abzug gibt es für dieses Produkt leider wegen der vergleichsweise schwachen und zudem nicht sehr ausdauernden Leuchtmasse in Zeigern und Ziffern. Eine Uhr mit diesen Ansprüchen muss hier deutlich mehr leisten.

Robuster Allrounder mit praktischer Einschränkung

バンド硬い、重い、ラグに丸みが無い、バンパー意味ない、ピカピカ、丈夫、顔が特徴的、立体的、シンプル、嫌味が無い。
2本目以降の時計としては最高に良い時計です。
正規店しか取り扱い無いので、定価販売しか無い。ゴネまくって店屋のノベルティグッズを少しでも多く貰えるよう、店屋が暇な時間に買いに行くのがオススメ。

重い

The case does show signs of wear if you wear it continuously for work/play. The issue I have with the watch is the luminescence of the face is horrible. Even after direct sunlight for hours it will only stay visible for a few minutes and when I say a few minutes I do mean two or less. Keeping time and durability is great but at this price point it should be a better "everything" watch. My luminox was half the price, lighter, brighter, and just as durable. An automatic with a back display would be a big upgrade to this piece. I would strongly recommend if you plan on telling time in low light going with a different watch.

Una joya

Liebe Uhrenfreunde,
ich trage seid 25 Jahren Rolex Sportmodelle: SD, Sub, GMT, Daytona, ExII, MG und hatte mich vor ca. 2 Jahren nach einer "bescheideneren" aber genauso robusten Uhr mit entsprechender Haptik umgesehen. Meine Position heute: weniger (Luxus) ist mehr :-).
Mit der INOX habe ich meinen "Sporty Ersatz" gefunden, die Uhr läuft präzise, die Aufzugswelle ist stabil, die Krone verschraubt sehr weich und bombensicher. Wäre ich Uhrendesigner, hätte ich diese Uhr gezeichnet (Stilelemente aus IWC Inge und ein Hauch von Royal Oak finde ich persönlich sehr gelungen).
Die Lage der Krone im Kronenschutz, Position im verschraubten Zustand, finde ich perfekt.
Fazit: um diesen Preis hat Victorinox ein top robustes Teil zum fairen Preis auf den Markt gebracht.
Meine Rolex Modelle warten auf meinen Sohn :-)

Tolle Uhr

Je suis passionné de montres, et depuis que j'ai essayé l'I.N.O.X., je suis passionné par Victorinox. Cette montre me procure un plaisir visuel lorsque je regarde l'heure, et elle est très confortable au poignet.

Meilleure montre au monde.

Bought one last December. Love the outdoor and very casual model very much. Got compliments on its fashionable look and several time served as ice breaker in conversations due to its unique paracord strap. However, its metal casing was very very scratch prone ( yes I did not put the rubber bumper on, which if I did I could not button my shirt's sleeve as it becomes bulky )... even a slight friction to a non-abrasive surface can scratch the casing easily, e.g. leather wallet, rosewood, fabric jacket, jeans, car dashboard, etc. Most dissapointing is the watch itself, it is only 3 months - maybe less, already behaving on-and-off several times and last week was totally dead... brought it to service center, hoping that it was only minor problem like battery replacement, but turned out need a gear replacement..... which need to wait at least a week to have the part ordered, shipped and repaired. Far from the ad and the "ultra rugged" tag line, too bad.

Ich bin mit dieser Uhr grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden.Da es sich um eine der ersten ausgelieferten Uhren handelte, war sie nur mit Kautschukband lieferbar. Das Kautschukband gefällt mir nicht besonders. Deshalb wollte ich ein Metallband kaufen. Der horrende Preis von Fr.200.-- hielt mich vom Kauf ab.Müssen Ersatzteile bei Victorinox dermassen teuer sein???

robuste, zweckmässige Sport u. Arbeitsuhr

I find the watch very nice looking. Not too busy, no sub dials, etc., easy to read the time. What bugs me is the second hand does not lign up with the second lines on the display. Meaning, each second the second hand points between the second-lines on the display. It bugged me so much that I returned the watch.

An der Uhr selbst gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Sie läuft äußerst präzise und bietet all das, was ich ein einem Zeitmesser für "jede" Situation so schätze. Ihre Robustheit, das dezente Ziffernblatt mit dem gut ablesbaren Informationen, das Verhältnis der Proportionen des Gehäuses. Seit dem ich die I.N.O.X. kennengelernt habe, weiß ich, dass sich Eleganz und absolute Robustheit nicht widersprechen müssen. Aber dennoch. Das Paracord Armband, eine eigentlich hervorragende Outdoor-Ergänzung zeigt leichte Schwächen. Das Band, dass den Verschluss letztendlich zusammenhält, ist nicht funktional. Ich habe ein stärkeres Handgelenk und muss feststellen, dass das Band schlicht weg zu kurz ist! Die hintere Metallöse wird vom Armband nicht erreicht. Das Band steht ab und liegt nicht, wie erwünscht, an. Das wirkt billig und passt einfach nicht zu einem Produkt, das bis ins Detail durchdesignt wurde.

have the watch for six months. nice, comfortable, works well. But the stainless steel case bruises, scratches easily, very disappointing. I realize it comes with a bumper, but try buttoning a shirt with the bumper on, and why would you need one anyway. my pvd gold infantry has no marks after one year. should be better. will not get the stainless steel band due to issues with the case.

metal case not so durable

Have had the inox six months now works and feels great but the steel case is not as durable as presented. I admit I do not use the rubber bumper but you cannot button a shirt sleeve over it. The case has been scratched and bruised and does not look so great after the past months. I have a pvd gold infantry that has held up much better. The stainless steel case is disappointingly soft.
Can't say how the steel bracelet might be but I will shy away from it

time keeping and i hope durability,Rubber strap takes a lot of getting used to,I would prefer softer rubber,The extra strap which came with watch is easier on the wrist.My supplier will let me know when metal bracelet is available.

I have not worn a watch in some time. I am having to get used to wearing one again. I really enjoy this watch. It is easy to read and comfortable for the size.

Overall great watch

I absolutely love the simplicity of the design of both the case and dial. The bezel, in keeping with the tool watch motif, is shaped like a screw nut on the front-facing side, yet it has a beveled circular pattern that features alternating satin and polished sides as it moves around the dial. Beautiful!

The hour indices on the dial are polished so that they may reflect light in low-light conditions. Brilliant! There are 24-hour numerals in red that are located just above these indices. They are a a bit hard to see, but they are there and they do not detract from the simplicity of the dial design whatsoever.

The illuminated markers on the hands and dial do not glow as bright as I hoped they would. They do glow in complete darkness, but since the hands and markers are slim and narrow, there is not much space for the afterglow pigments so what could we expect?

The one design element that I really appreciate is the red second hand. In keeping with Victorinox's Swiss Army Knife heritage, the counterweight on the back of the second hand is shaped like a closed Swiss Army Knife. How cool is that?

The case and genuine rubber strap are comfortable on my wrist, so no complaints there. The size and weight are comparable to today's man's watch; large, but no overly so.

This timepiece is well worth the money and should last a lifetime, no doubt. Thank you, Victorinox!

I love its simplicity

I've had my I.N.O.X. watch now for about a month and I felt now was a good time to write up a quick review on my thoughts.

First off, let me just get this out of the way...I love this watch. I was immediately made curious by the numerous tests this watch was put through, and upon seeing it in person, I knew I had to have it on my wrist.

It has very distinctive styling and has garnered many positive compliments from both friends and coworkers. It is the kind of watch that people will notice and ask about; a great conversation piece.

Beyond all this though, what I really love is the versatility of this watch. With the bumper on, I can wear it in a very casual setting. With the bumper removed, it is a great everyday work piece, without being over the top. I wouldn't recommend wearing this watch for any dress code more formal than business casual.

All in all, this has been a great purchase for me. I love the overall styling, the flexibility, and the fact that this is a watch that gets noticed and acts as a great conversation piece. It has been an excellent addition to my collection and I look forward to seeing it on my wrist for many more years!

Great versatility

Have owned my INOX for about a month now and I've been really pleased with the product. The rubber strap is really comfortable and the body of the watch has a substantial feel to it without being to huge for my wrist. Also, being able to wear this watch for dress and casual has been a plus as it fits nicely under the sleeve of my dress shirts. Victorinox hit a home run with this watch!

.....so comments on durability, etc. are premature. But it is a seemingly very solid, no-nonsense timepiece, with a form follows function design.
