Super Qualität wie erwartet

Ich habe mich das Swisstool X als mein erstes Multitool und als täglichen Begleiter gekauft. Ich war eigentlich immer der Meinung das solche Multitools in der Theorie zwar viel können sollen aber in der Praxis kaum zu gebrauchen sind, wollte mich nun jedoch selbst davon überzeugen und wirklich positiv von der Vielseitigkeit und den Möglichkeiten überrascht. Die Verarbeitung des Multitool ist wie ich finde sehr gut, auch die Handbarkeit ist für die Größe durchaus in Ordnung. Ich nutze es als Täglichen Begleiter Privat sowie auch in meiner Arbeit als Pannenhelfer und bin (wie schon gesagt) von der Vielseitigkeit positiv überrascht, wobei es eine Ordentliche Werkzeugkiste natürlich nicht ersetzt. Für Kleinlichkeiten und "auf die schnelle" allerdings eine absolute Empfehlung. Schon alleine weil man es eben immer zur Hand hat.
Lediglich von der Verarbeitung der Lederhülle bin ich etwas enttäuscht da diese nach ca.14 Tagen im Einsatz an den Rändern beginnt auszufransen, was die Funktion jetzt zwar (noch) nicht beeinträchtigt aber dennoch unschön ist (deshalb nur 4 Sterne). Das Tool an sich ist wie ich finde in vielerlei Hinsicht sehr gut gemacht und verarbeitet.

Überraschend Vielseitiges und nützliches EDC.

Das Swiss Tool ist ein geniales Tool für den Alltag. Es ist kompakt und trotzdem ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Have already used 2 of the tools which worked exactly as I expected. I like the feature that all the tools lock when fully opened.

Das Victorinox Tool war ein Geschenk an jemanden und sicher nicht das letzte welches ich geschenkt habe. 
Dieser jemand trägt es immer bei sich und freute sich sehr darüber. Einmal etwas anderes, als die Victorinox Taschenmesser.

I bought this thru a retailer this spring.  I was totally shocked by the awesome quality of workmanship of this Swiss Tool X.  I compared it to the other top-name brand multi-tool makers and this was hands down far above the others.  I have shown it to a friend who is a tool and die maker and he was also amazed as to the great craftsmanship of the metal and the workings of the tools. I will always purchase these multi-tools for presents when needed.

Surprised by the upscale workmanship

Echt vielseitiges Tool, aber mein technikbegabter Mann hatte einige Zeit gebraucht die Logik des Tools zu verstehen. Sehr schöne Lederhülle! 
Vorschläge zur Verbesserung:
Gebrauchsanweisung verbessern oder einen Link angeben.
Ich war enttäuscht, dass kein Korkenzieher in der Standardversion dabei war.

Endlich ist mein SwissTool da und endlich hab ich jetzt sozusagen ein Notfall-werkzeugkoffer in der Hosentasche. 
Auch wenn der SwissTool robust ist, würde ich natürlich stets raten, bei sehr grober Arbeit Werkzeuge zu verwenden, die natürlich dafür vorgesehen sind. Multitools jeglicher Art ersetzen keine Hochleistungswerkzeuge. Nichtsdestotrotz, für den Notfall und Alltagseinsatz ist auf den SwissTool wirklich verlass.  

Der SwissTool ist sehr hochwertig und elegant designt. Man erkennt beim genauen Inspizieren wie alles millimetergenau durchdacht und effizient vernietet sowie zusammengesetzt wurde. Die Linealskala am Griff ist funktional und auch sehr ästhetisch! 
Die tools lassen sich einzeln ausklappen und verriegeln. Der Verriegelmechanismus ist wirklich genial, simpel und hält ohne Spielraum.

Le SwissTool X m'accompagne chaque jour. Ses différentes possibilités d'utilisations permettent de dépanner efficacement dans presque toutes les situations. Il est ergonomique, solide, d'aspect robuste (matière, poids), très fiable, de bonnes dimensions, très maniable. En fonction de l'utilisateur, un couteau de poche de taille moyenne, par exemple, est un bon complément. De plus, c'est un bel objet!

Ich habe es als EDC ständig am Mann, da kann kommen was will, ich bin gewappnet!

Mein Swisstool hatte mich vor 5 Jahren beim Ausbau der Kellerwohnung begleitet. Nach der Fertigstellung sah es erbärmlich aus und ich überlegte, es zum Service zu schicken.
Ich wollte es vorher noch kurz reinigen, doch auf einmal sah es danach überhaupt nicht mehr so übel aus. Die Klinge geschärft, die Tools geölt, so begleitet es mich sogar heute noch.
Nicht nur auf der Arbeit und beim Basteln, sondern auch bei Wanderungen.

Für mich ist das Tool unverwüstlich!!

Ich kann mich den anderen Verfassern der Bewertungen nur anschließen. Es ist ein sehr gutes Multitool mit vielen nützlichen Funktionen. Für Handwerker sehr hilfreich und nützlich und robust. Würde es jedem empfehlen und es ist eine gute Kombi mit dem Hartplastikhalter.

Magnífica herramienta

Of all the pocket knives and multitools I have, and I have many, this is hands down the best. It's not like it's perfect. The blades could do with slightly easier opening, the wire cutter is maybe less sturdy and sadly not replaceable - so not ideal for barbed-wire cutting (if that's your thing). otherwise it's just an incredible package and it just works. would certainly buy again. and again.

best tool in my collection

My wife brought this multitool at Sams for Christmas 8 or 10 years ago. I use it almost daily and I feel undressed with out it. It still looks like new, but I have worn the name off of it. I wore the nylon case out several years ago and replaced it with a leather case that one of my Buck knives came in. The knife stays sharp with very little work. The spring on the sissers broke and I can't find a replacement, but I will keep on trying. This is my second Victorinox knife, and I still have it.

Best multitool made.

I have had a multi tool 3.0327.L for over 25 years. The belt blade is the difference with the newer model which features a metal blade and metal file. I have used it in many settings and it still looks like it came out if the factory. The rulers in inches and centimeters have come extremely handy. I DO NOT BELEIVE IT HAS BEEN SURPASSED IN QUALITY.

I've owned mine for the last couple of years and the tool is still tight and solid regardless of the ways it's used.

It has a good reassuring weight and strong joints which means you can really torque down on things without fear of anything breaking.

Bulletproof

Muy útil tanto en el trabajo como en casa, soy cerrajero y la llevo conmigo a todos  los lugares y me ha sacado de muchas dificultades, definitivamente una gran herramienta que no debe de hacer falta en el hombre moderno.

Dieses Tool ist auch für schwerere Einsätze zu gebrauchen, ohne Angst das etwas kaputt gehen könnte. Hier brauche ich nicht erst mein Werkzeugkoffer zu holen für die anfallenden Arbeiten im Alltag. Ein super schönes und tolles Produkt. Mit dem Swiss Tool hat man immer einen kleinen portablen Werkzeugkoffer, für die Handtasche, dabei. Ich finde das Produkt gerade für Reisen sehr gelungen, da man damit immer alles Notwendige dabei hat. Mir gefällt das dazugehörige Lederetui auch sehr gut. Die Qualität ist wirklich klasse und ich würde das Produkt definitiv weiterempfehlen. Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf die nächste Situation, wo ich mein Swiss Tool weiter entdecken kann.

My wife gave me this for Christmas, and I love it. Looks amazing, and functions beautifully. The pliers are rock solid and the tools are perfection. Listening to those "snicks" that the joints make when opening is like poetry in motion. Something only Victorinox can make.

The big brother

Es war das letzte Geschenk, dass ich von meinem Grossvater erhalten habe. Ich habe es fast immer bei mir und kann es ständig gebrauchen, sei es um an meinem Töff eine Schraube fest zu ziehen, eine Flasche zu öffnen oder das Backblech aus dem Ofen zu nehmen, wenn gerade kein Handschuh in der Nähe liegt. Es macht mir immer Freude, wenn ich es irgendwie gebrauchen kann und denke jedes Mal an meinen Grossvater. Danke Grosspapi, Danke Victorinox

Erinnerung im Alltag

I only purchased this tool about a week ago. And I'm really happy with it's quality, the craftsmanship, tools. The tool in general. I can't wait to order it's baby brother from the spirit series. My dad gave me his Vic Huntsman when I was 8 years old and I will never be without a Victorinox tool in my pocket !!

Best MT out there !!

I have had this tool for about 8 years now, it has saved the day more times than I can count. It is extremely strong even if using the pliars to twist/turn something, it can withold all the sideways/twisting pressure I can put onto it.
I also have a Leatherman.. but I never use it as I prefer the feel of this one in my hand.

Great all rounder

If you need a set of basic tools at work like screwdrivers, knife, scissors and similar tools, and not much space, then this is the logic step to follow.
I've been buying Victorinox tools during the last two years trying to find a good set of tools suitable for my work: The Trialmaster one hand liner lock being the main one, helped by a tiny light sturdy classic with scissors and a sturdy one blade pocket knife.
Now I have a good big folding knife in my pocket (sorry, not Vic) and the new all-powerful Swisstools III. Strong, sturdy, beefy, heavy and crowed of useful tools and screwdrivers. Not for the pocket, but in the briefcase or hanging in your belt (nylon better than leather pouch for me), as it is not light.
I actually need more time using this tools in more real life situations to evaluate features like quality, strength and overall usability. My expectations are high. I'll add some comments in few months.

Logic step if you need tools at work

I've owned a few Types of Multi-tools in the past, and Some people mite scare from the price of this tool, but compared to the craftsmanship of "any other" brand out their today, it has the highest quality Mark, of anyone out their on the market today.. The Mechanics of the tool are extremely Accurate, making this Multi-tool a Force to be wrecken' with, I was totally impressed the first time I pick it up out of the case, and could tell it was made to be used an was to my opinion the best one out on the market today if you want something to rely on and depend on, then the SwissTool is Definitely for you. Hands down the Best on the market today in my opinion..

SwissTool (X) One style fits all...

There are so many neat things about this multi-tool that I almost don't know where to start.

For one thing, all the tools, except the pliers, are accessible when the handles are closed, and they all lock, with an elegant spring latch. When the pliers are opened, the edges of the tool that bear against the user's hand are nicely rounded, so that great force can be applied without it cutting into one's palm.

The 'X' suffix denotes that this model has the scissors instead of a second, serrated blade.

The tools are pretty much the same as I was used to from having owned Victorinox Swiss Army Knives for decades; that is to say well-engineered, and with good fit and finish.

In addition to the usual flat head screwdriver tools, there is an "extra large" one which can really apply some high torque, and double as a miniature pry bar.

The chisel on this tool also has a couple of sharpened cut-outs toward its base, which can be used as filament cutters or to carve insulation off of electrical wire.

The pliers tips are a good compromise between needlenose and conventional. They're narryow enough to get into some tight areas, but not so long as to be in danger of breaking or bending.

The only real drawbacks to this tool are that it is too large and heavy for pants pocket carry, and that the flat screwdriver tips are a bit too polished at the corners. It really needs to be kept in a pouch, jacket or backpack pocket, or end table or desk drawer. The flat screwdrivers slip out of the screw slots if one is not careful to maintain a 90° angle.

My SwissTool was one of the originals, before the 'X' suffix, and it spent about 10 years under the seat of my motorcycle, in case the need should arise.
