How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders over 50 GBP. For orders below 50 GBP, we charge a fee of 4.95 GBP for shipping and handling costs within the United Kingdom. Returns are free of charge.

Can I send my order to a delivery address that is not my home address?

We will deliver to any desired address in the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland). A delivery address that deviates from your home address is not a problem. You can also specify your office address as the delivery address.

Please note: We do NOT deliver to: Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Ireland.

When can I expect delivery of my order?

Your order will be processed by us on the same day, if it arrives by 2 pm. If not otherwise stated for the respective product, our shipping partner DHL will usually deliver your order within 3-5 working days (delivery Monday to Friday only) to your selected address in the United Kingdom. Please note that weekends and holidays will affect the delivery time. We guarantee the timely delivery of your order to our shipping partner DHL.

Please note that personalised products might take 1 or 2 days longer to ship. Victorinox will do its best to meet the published delivery times, however, is not liable for any changes. Delivery time may change without prior notice. Please note that Victorinox cannot offer an express delivery service for personalised products.

However, please understand that we have no influence on the delivery of your order once we have sent it to our shipping partner.

In exceptional cases, if one of the ordered items is temporarily out of stock, we may put your order on hold for as many as 5 working days, in order to prevent partial deliveries. This could lead to you receiving your order somewhat later.

How can I monitor the status of my shipment?

In the shipping confirmation, you will find the package number that you can use to track the shipment via DHL shipment tracking. Registered customers will find a link to the order tracking number under “My Orders”.
